Refund policy

RETURN POLICY

•Our policy lasts 15 days. If 15 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you store credit or an exchange.
•The item must be unused and in the same condition that was received. It must also be in the original packaging.
•We only work with store credit (no cash returns).
•You will have up to 6 months to use your store credit.
• The client is responsible for paying for the shipping cost of the items that are going to be returned.
Shipping cost are non-refundable.
• Earrings are exempt from being returned.
• Additional non-refundable items are gift cards and sale items.
