RETURN POLICY

Our policy lasts 15 days. If 15 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you store credit or an exchange.

  • The item must be unused and in the same condition that was received. It must also be in the original packaging.
  • We only work with store credit (no cash returns). 
  • You will have up to 6 months to use your store credit.
  • The client is responsible for paying for the shipping cost of the items that are going to be returned.
  • Shipping cost are non-refundable.
  • Earrings are exempt from being returned.
  • Additional non-refundable items are gift cards and sale items.

EXCHANGES / WRONG ITEM OR SIZE

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged when shipped. Exchanges will only be accepted when it is  the same item, please send us an email at pua.pr.jewelry@gmail.com for more information about the exchange and/or returns.

But mistakes do happen sometimes. If the item you received is not what you originally ordered, please contact us through our email. Please include your name, order number, e-mail registered and details of the product and a picture of the item in question.

LOST PACKAGES

We are only responsible for packages lost in transit to its destination. If the order is marked as delivered and it happens to be misplaced at the final destination we will not be replacing your order. We are not responsible for shipping address that are not found and/or wrong. (Please double check your shipping address before submitting the order).
